Most people hear "AI for your business" and think chatbot. This is something different. Here's what it actually is, what it does, and how we build one for you.
Think of it as a team of specialised AI agents that work together inside one system — each trained on a different part of your business.
One handles incoming leads. Another writes proposals using your actual pricing. Another manages your calendar and books appointments. Another handles billing through Stripe. Another writes content for your social media. Another researches prospects before you get on a sales call.
They're coordinated by a central brain — an orchestrator that knows which agent to route work to, based on what's happening. A customer asks about pricing? The orchestrator sends it to the agent that knows your service packages. Someone fills out a contact form at 2 AM? The lead agent captures it, qualifies it, and logs it in your CRM before you wake up.
This isn't a template you sign up for and configure yourself. We interview you about your business, learn your services, your pricing, your voice, and your workflow — then we build a system around it. When it's done, it runs on your own server, connected to your own accounts (Stripe, HubSpot, Google Calendar, your website), and you own the whole thing.
Each agent has a defined role, a set of tools it can use, and system-level instructions for how to handle its domain. Here's who does what.
The traffic controller. Annabelle receives every request and decides which specialized agent should handle it. She has access to all 40+ tools and can delegate to any agent in the system. She maintains conversation context, remembers past interactions, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Generates client proposals using your real pricing, service descriptions, and terms. Formats them for e-signature through DocuSign.
Reviews proposals for accuracy before they go out — checks pricing, scope, and terms against your service catalog.
Gathers intelligence on prospects before outreach — company info, web presence, social activity, and company size.
Creates long-form blog posts, marketing copy, and social media content in your brand voice, ready for publishing.
Knows your complete pricing structure and helps guide conversations about cost, packages, and value.
Walks new clients through setup, introduces them to the system, and makes sure everything is configured correctly.
Generates AI readiness assessments and opportunity audits for prospective clients, identifying where AI can help their business.
A single AI that tries to do everything performs worse at each individual task. By giving each agent a focused role with specific instructions and tools, the system produces better proposals, more accurate pricing, and more natural conversations than any single general-purpose chatbot could.
From first call to fully operational system. No black boxes, no mystery timelines.
We learn about your business — what you sell, how you sell it, who your customers are, and where your time goes. We identify which tasks are costing you the most hours and which ones AI can take off your plate.
We deliver a written analysis showing exactly where AI fits in your business, what the ROI looks like, and what a Command Center would include. This is yours to keep whether you move forward or not.
We build your Command Center from scratch — configuring agents, connecting integrations (Stripe, HubSpot, Google Calendar, your website), training the AI on your services, pricing, and voice, and deploying it to your own server.
We test every agent, every integration, and every workflow. Then we walk you through the system — how to use the owner dashboard, how to check on leads, how to review what the AI is doing.
Your Command Center goes live. We embed the chat widget on your website, activate the integrations, and monitor performance. Your monthly retainer covers hosting, updates, new features, and direct access to our team.
Here's what happens on a typical Tuesday while you're out doing actual work.
Straight answers to the things people ask most.
No. The owner dashboard is a simple web interface you can access from your phone or computer. You approve things, review leads, and check status — the AI handles the technical work. We also provide a training session and documentation when you go live.
The AI is trained specifically on your services, pricing, and policies. It doesn't guess — it works from the information you provide. For high-stakes actions like sending proposals, creating invoices, or pushing leads to external CRMs, it always asks for your confirmation first.
You own the system. If you cancel the retainer, you keep your Command Center and all your data. The retainer covers hosting, updates, and support — without it, the system still exists but would need to be self-hosted.
Those are platforms — you get a template and configure it yourself. We build a custom system around your specific business. Multiple specialized agents instead of one generic chatbot. Native integrations instead of Zapier workarounds. Your own server instead of shared infrastructure. And a flat retainer instead of per-seat or per-message pricing that scales against you.
The Command Center is built from scratch for your business, not adapted from an industry template. We've built systems for service contractors, agencies, and professional services. If your business has leads, proposals, scheduling, or billing, the architecture fits — we just train it on your specifics.
Current production integrations: Stripe (billing), HubSpot (CRM), Google Calendar (scheduling), DocuSign (e-signatures), Buildertrend (project management), Twilio (SMS), ElevenLabs (voice), and Zapier (social media publishing to Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube). Additional integrations are built during onboarding based on what your business uses.
