These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Ohh BeeHave, LLC d/b/a Stinger Industries ("we," "us," "our"), including our website, AI-powered chat assistant, Command Center dashboard, and related tools. By using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.
Ohh Beehave provides live bee removal, apiary services, and natural bee products in the Port St. Lucie, Florida area. Stinger Industries builds custom AI Command Centers, web design, branding, and consulting services.
Our AI chat assistant ("Annabelle") is available on our website to answer questions, capture service inquiries, and assist with scheduling. Annabelle is an AI system — not a human — and while she is trained on our services and pricing, her responses are informational and do not constitute a binding agreement, contract, or guarantee until confirmed by a human representative.
Any pricing, quotes, or proposals generated by the AI assistant or provided through our platform are estimates and are not binding until a formal agreement is signed by both parties. Pricing may vary based on project scope, complexity, timeline, and other factors determined during consultation.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms. Build fees are due upon agreement execution. Monthly retainer fees are billed on a recurring basis and may be canceled with written notice.
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Ohh Beehave or Stinger Industries, you agree to the following:
All content, software, designs, and materials created by Stinger Industries for a client project are subject to the terms of the individual project agreement. Upon completion of a Command Center build and full payment, the client receives ownership of their custom-built system, deployed code, and associated assets as specified in their agreement.
Stinger Industries retains the right to use general techniques, methodologies, and non-proprietary components in future projects.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Ohh BeeHave, LLC d/b/a Stinger Industries is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated responses.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination of a Command Center retainer, hosting and active support will cease at the end of the current billing period. The client retains ownership of their system and data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of St. Lucie County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
