Your information is stored in our business record-keeping system (Airtable) and is accessible only to the business owner and authorized staff. Conversations may be reviewed to follow up on your request or improve service quality.
Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card numbers or bank details.
Our AI chat assistant uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate responses. Conversation context is sent to generate relevant answers but is not retained by Anthropic for training purposes. Your data is not used to train any public AI model.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not sold, rented, or transferred to any third party or lead generator.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted password storage, brute-force login protection, rate limiting on public endpoints, and HMAC-verified webhook processing. API keys and secrets are stored as environment variables and never appear in code, logs, or API responses.
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
